Sales Operations Project Manager

**Your Responsibilities**
- Working with the CCO, you will identify high-impact areas in our evolving sales process where you will implement operational improvements
- Evaluate and drive our sales data management and analytics to cater to our growing business, i.e., improvements to our CRM database, reporting infrastructure, and dashboards
- Empower the sales team by optimizing our sales processes, establishing automation tools, and providing pipeline reports
- Training and enabling the sales team to be more productive in using the CRM, available tools, and in the sales process
- Coordinate cross-team activities, serving as a liaison between Sales and internal stakeholders: Marketing, Product Management, R&D
- Manage and own projects focused on increasing internal efficiency
- Support the CCO in managing the operations of distribution channels worldwide

**Your Profile**
- BA/BS degree; 3 to 8 years of experience working in project Sales (B2B sales / business development / account management / consulting), ideally in the life science laboratory equipment industry (e.g., microscopy, microelectrode arrays / electrophysiology equipment, etc)
- Experience in establishing and maintaining a CRM and Sales dashboard; proven track record in sales project management
- Experience in building relationships with international sales partners and in bureaucratic procurement procedures; work experience with USA and/or China partners an advantage
- Fluent in English; other languages an asset
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong negotiation skills
- Team player, excited to work towards a performance culture in Sales
- Start-up mentality, independent, strong work ethic, high level of initiative
- Strong resilience and can-do attitude, ability to prioritize work when workload is high
