We are looking for our next team member who will strengthen our Fund Operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

- Fund Accounting

Leads the Fund Accounting activity of the Group for various types of assets (Private Debt, Private Equity, listed securities) through valuation of portfolio companies when required and controlling the external Fund Administration function on the overall valuation of the Funds or Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV). Understands the valuation principles under the AIFM.

Manages the billing cycle of the Funds and/or SPV all the way through initiaitng the payments under the supervision of the team's manager.

Participates in developping automated solutions to manage Valuation workflows.
- Operations

Manages the subscription/redemption processes as well as the trade lifecycle in the Funds/SPV underlying assets. Works closely with all internal and external parties to ensure efficient trading or acquisition of underlying assets.

Manages subscription/redemption cycle for investors, in connection with the Settlement Agent, Transfer Agent or any other party connected to the Fund/SPV as well as clients' custodian bank when required.

Participates in developping automated solutions to manage Operations workflows.
- Risk Management

As part of Fund Accounting and Operations, Risk Management is at the forefront of our activity. You will be responsible to identify, document and mitigate risks associated with both Fund Accounting and Operations activities.

In addition, you will be required to understand the principles of risk management under the AIFMD.

**Requirements**:
Competencies we are looking for and that you will develop in this role:

- You are highly analytical and possess numerical skills to perform and/or control valuation of privately-held securities as well as calculate the valuation of our Funds and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV).

What experience and background we are looking for:

- Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Operations Manager role or a similar position.
- A deep knowledge of Fund Operations or a willingness and interest to develop professional competencies
- Proficient with the Office suite (Excel)
- The ability and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent English; other languages would be a plus, with a preference with French.
