**Customer Service Manager**:

In this role you will be responsible for implementing and further developing the Service Strategy in your own area of responsibility. You will ensure consistent implementation, development and monitoring of growth initiatives and service delivery processes to drive efficiency and standardization, achieving both high customer satisfaction and business profitability.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring implementation of Service strategy in line with global divisional and regional initiatives
- Driving and determine Service sales and delivery targets in close collaboration with the Head of Sales
- Implementing and monitoring progress of cross functional tools and processes as well as service account management concept and common sales platform
- Managing business-led collaboration and identifying white spots to define strategies to increase the coverage of installed base
- Driving entries into new markets and other local initiatives

**Your background**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the service field, working as Field service technician/engineer with robotics, automation or mechanical engineering
- Sound knowledge of Windows, SAP, SalesForce and the industrial market
- Knowledge of Windows, SAP, SalesForce
- Open leadership style
- A mechanical or electrical engineering bachelor or master degree
- Fluency in English and German, French is an asset
