**Global Product Manager - Remote Assistance Services**:**

We are looking for a Global Product Manager taking care of the family of products related to assisting customer from remote to ensure the global leadership of Motion Services and undisputed customer value. You will ensure that ABB has a full understanding of market requirements in the specific area and is able to transform these requirements into feature specifications.

**This position reports to**:
Global Solution Portfolio Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage and drive the strategy and roadmap of the Remote Expertise Center in collaboration with Global Motion Support and other Global Product Managers.
- Manage and drive the strategy and roadmap of the Remote Assistance service offering (including Re-mote Visual Guidance, Mobile Connect) in collaboration with Global Motion Support and other Global Product Managers/Service Offering Managers.
- Lead life cycle management process of new product/services (including subscription codes/updates), define and tracks performance metrics, plan appropriate measures (e.g. enhancements, cost reductions, phase-outs) and make decisions on products/services obsolescence and end-of life to ensure current and future market requirements are met to maximize profitability.
- Prioritize new development with responsibility for achievement of targets (product characteristics, time, costs, pay-back) and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Lead market intelligence analysis to identifies potential gaps in portfolio, both against competition and new market opportunity: including defining and updating competitor analysis by product (incl. pricing level and model), Customer value analysis (Positioning, needs, value prop.)
- Ensure the tracking of quality and customer satisfaction related to remote assistance products (statistics, metrics)
- Contribute to development of new portfolios by leading value analysis, planning the roadmap to create maximum value, follow-up of product portfolio performance.
- Prepare product market communication materials, including support for new service launches.
- Clarify service positioning within the portfolio, with defined values per service line to address different segment needs.
- Ensure transparency around change requests, unforeseen results/events and identified risks and ensure that they are properly managed and communicated.
- Ensure the project compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

**Your background**:

- Background on engineering, field engineering, service delivery, informatics and computer engineering with at least 5 years’ experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. Furthermore, a high level of intercultural sensitivity and the ability to build sustainable relationships with clients and internal stakeholder is required.
- Business fluent in English.
- Self-driven, self-motivated.
