Product Life Cycle Manager

As Life Cycle Manager you are responsible for overseeing the Product Lifecycle Management system and related processes. You will ensure a streamlined Service product portfolio which is aligned with and adequately supports the business for lifecycle and change management to drive operational excellence.
In this position, you will report to the Head of Strategic Planning & Data Management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive successful execution of following key processes along the product life cycle phases supported by automated and efficient data evaluation: Service readiness process. Portfolio transfer from new business to service business. Legacy & Phase Out process.
- Ensure updated BU-Portfolio according to life cycle analysis and related decisions.
- Coordinate proactively communication of product life cycle information (e.g. product launch, discontinuation) towards all internal & external stakeholders.
- Drive implementation of strategical life cycle management decisions into the material planning & master data landscape.
- Represent Service Business in Cross-PG portfolio alignments (e.g. PMS, product portfolio reviews).
- Ensure that replenishment strategy & supply chain readiness for key components fit to the service requirements.
Your background
- Bachelor's or, Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply chain.
- Min.2-3 years of experience as a product manager, product life cycle manager.
- Good communication skills.
- Social competence (integrative person).
- Persistent and structured way of working.
- SAP R3 & PowerBI.
- Analytical thinking.
- English skills, both written and verbal, German is an asset.
