Paralegal & Office Assistant (Maternity Cover)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assisting fee earners on file opening and on onboarding procedures
- Correspondence with authorities and ordering various excerpts from registries (such as the commercial registry)
- Finance related tasks (invoice handling, expenses)
- Diary management for partners including organisation and coordination of appointments
- Making travel and hotel arrangements
- Looking after our clients at reception and on the telephone
- Various other administrative tasks related to the position
**Person Specification**
- be a native German speaker and fluent in English and ideally French
- have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function, preferably in a law firm or a legal department.
- be motivated, reliable, and resilient
- have very good computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- be confident to work autonomously and as part of a team
- have a strong attention to detail
- be well organised and able to manage deadlines
- have good interpersonal skills
