Als Assistant Director of Finance werden Sie verantwortlich für **folgende** Aufgaben sein:

- Vorbereitung von Bilanzbuchungen und Bilanzabgleichungen im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses
- Sicherstellung, dass die lokalen Gesetze und Abläufe beachtet werden
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und das umfassende Verständnis aller MOHG- und Hotelrichtlinien sowie -verfahren
- Unterstützung des Direktors für Finanzen bei Prognosen und Budgetierung
- Übernahme von Controller-Aufgaben während der Abwesenheit des Director of Finance
- Unterstützung der Abteilungsleiter beim Entscheiden von relevanten und präzisen Finanzangelegenheiten

The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is located in the heart of the Old Town, in the main business center, close to the city's leisure attractions and just a short walk from the shores of Lake Zurich. The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich has 80 guest rooms and suites and three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a lobby lounge. The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.

As Assistant Director of Finance you will be **responsible** for the following tasks:

- Preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations during month-end closing
- Ensuring that local legislation and procedures are followed
- Responsible for following and understanding all MOHG and Hotel Policies & Procedures
- Assisting the Director of Finance with forecasting and budgeting
- Performing any controller tasks during the absence of Director of Finance
- Supporting department heads with making relevant and accurate decisions on financial matters
