**Director of Recruitment**:
Global RED (Recruitment and Employee Development) is seeking a dynamic and strategic

Director of Recruitment to lead our global talent acquisition efforts based in Zurich,

In this role, you will manage large-scale recruitment contracts, oversee the implementation of a

new ATS, and drive university relations and graduate programs. You will be responsible for developing innovative hiring strategies, enhancing our employee referral program, and analyzing hiring trends to meet key performance indicators.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage large contracts with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, ensuring optimal performance and ROI
- Serve as the expert in EF recruiting in general (understand and aligning with EF Core Value) and specifically on our new ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), playing a pivotal role in the implementation of the new system. This includes for example developing and running trainings for the organization.
- Lead the strategy and execution of university recruitment, including building strong relationships with academic institutions, organizing job fairs. Be the face of EF in these recruiting events and presentation.
- Responsible for managing the EF Graduate Program: 360 Global Trainee program. This includes recruiting, managing cohort, ensure quality, work with stakeholders around the company.
- Continue to develop and enhance the employee referral program to leverage existing talent networks and increase the quality of hires
- Use data to drive recruitment. Analyze hiring trends, monitor key recruitment metrics, and provide insights to continuously improve our talent acquisition process. Develop and track KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leaders and RED colleagues around the world to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with overall business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master degree preferred
- Full proficiency in English
- Proven experience as a Director of Recruitment or similar leadership role
- Experience in managing large scale contracts
- Strong knowledge of ATS with experience in implementation and optimization
- Demonstrated experience in managing university relations and graduate programs
- Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, hiring trends, and key metrics/KPIs
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a focus on result
