The impact you will haveJoining our Geneva HR Ops team, you will have a key impact on our daily operations. Covering for holidays and other absences, you will be a support point for the team. A fast learner, able to jump into a new environment and be quickly operational, you will help us with higher workloads and guarantee a high level of service to all SonarSourcers.
On a daily basis, you will- Manage all the requests for working permits with the Swiss authorities;
- Be responsible for requests for family allowance, absence management (including long leave), APG (maternity, paternity), and accident declaration.
- Reply to questions and manage the process for taxation at source, Pension plan, AVS
- Generate work certificates
- Responsible for employee life-cycle onboarding: contract edition, employee follow-up, coordinating with the teams
- English mandatory
- Min 2 years experience in an International environment in a private company not only OI
- CH - Labor law knowledge
- Rigorous
