Michael Page - Key Role in HR and Administrative Support

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR and Office Coordinator to provide critical support to our team at Michael Page. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HR Functions:
  • Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process from job ad posting to scheduling interviews and candidate follow-ups.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation, documentation, system setup, and effective communication.
  • Office Management:
  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and office maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Support Meetings and Events: Organize logistics for meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills; French is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or similar roles, preferably in an NGO or non-profit environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, payroll software, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
