Strategic HR and Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR and Office Coordinator to provide critical support to our team at Michael Page. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day functions.
Main Responsibilities:- HR Functions:
- Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process from job ad posting to scheduling interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation, documentation, system setup, and effective communication.
- Office Management:
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and office maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
- Support Meetings and Events: Organize logistics for meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Fluent English language skills; French is an asset.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or similar roles, preferably in an NGO or non-profit environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems, payroll software, and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- A competitive salary of $48,000 per year.
