Job Description

For one of our clients, an international aviation insurance broker, based in Geneva / Switzerland, we are currently seeking a new Sales Manager for the international markets.

Your Missions:
  • You will be in charge of supporting the commercial team developing the company network.
  • You present, promote and sell your services to existing and prospective customers.
  • You facilitate the link between the production team and the commercial team.
  • You establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • You develop and create a new client portfolio by traveling alone or together with the Sales Director, or other commercial team members.
Required Profile

Your profile:

  • You have a proven experience in aviation, of at least 3 years, preferably more than 5 years.
  • You have excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • You are dynamic.
  • You are willing to develop your own client portfolio (after being trained on the product).
  • English fluency is mandatory; French and any other language fluency is a plus.
  • You are loyal, transparent, and charismatic. Your existing network is a plus.
  • Job being part of the commercial team, being able to travel around once familiar with the product up to 30% of your time.

You will join a dynamic company that will take time to train you on their processes to help you develop your own client portfolio and contribute to the success of the company.
