Patient Journey Manager – Switzerland

Pharmaliaisons has partnered with an innovative biopharmaceutical company that focuses on rare diseases. The company is going through a big phase of growth due to the success of its products and pipeline.
The company is now looking to expand its sales team in Switzerland with a Key Account Manager / Patient Journey Manager role covering Basel, Zurich & St Gallen. This role is a sales role to build relationships with HCPs in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:- Single point of contact for HCPs and stakeholders, an ambassador within geography responsible for local implementation of Cluster & International Strategy and Patient and Customer Plan.
- An intimate understanding of the entire patient journey, supporting the ability to innovate and partner on interventions at any touchpoint, that shorten time to diagnosis for patients. Regarded as an expert by the cross-functional team.
- Build business account strategies with practical insight from the field.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through the development of local account plans and execution of core strategy.
- Project manage agreed plans and initiatives to deliver on patient-focused outcomes, in line with agreed budgetary requirements.
- Identify, develop, engage, and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders.
- Orchestrate and implement and contribute to omnichannel engagement strategy.
