Ayus Medical Basel is a renowned medical practice specializing in the treatment of chronic conditions, sub-health states, the development of sustainable healthy aging strategies, and environmental medicine. Our goal is not just to alleviate symptoms but to address their root causes. Using the latest approaches and an integrative concept, we identify the causes of our patients' complaints, conduct comprehensive analyses, and develop customized therapy concepts.
For our modern location in Basel-Stadt, we are looking for a:
Patient Relations Manager 100%
TasksYour Responsibilities:
- Front Desk and Patient Care: Actively manage incoming inquiries through our booking channels, such as the website, WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Advise potential patients on our medical concept in close collaboration with the medical team to optimize treatment schedules and capacity utilization.
- Send treatment offers and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Manage the entire booking process for confirmed new patients in cooperation with the medical team.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to maintain the referral network and handle related patient inquiries.
- Appointment Management: Organize and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient and punctual scheduling, including follow-ups and last-minute changes.
- Reception Duties: Welcome patients and manage the check-in process, including reviewing and distributing necessary documentation.
- Documentation and Data Management: Ensure patient data is complete and accurate, record information in the practice software, and manage invoicing.
- Communication: Handle feedback and complaints professionally and empathetically to ensure high patient satisfaction.
- Technology Use: Utilize online booking systems, digital patient records, and communication tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose suggestions to modernize processes and optimize patient coordination.
- Quality Standards: Ensure all processes run smoothly, are documented, and are patient-focused.
As the Patient Relations Manager, you will be the organizational heart of patient coordination, significantly contributing to patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
Requirements- You have completed training as a secretary, receptionist, concierge, guest relations officer, or equivalent. A university degree is an advantage.
- You handle patient interactions professionally and kindly from the first contact to their discharge, tailoring your approach to individual needs.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but we welcome your curiosity to learn about it.
- You are a responsible, flexible, and resilient individual with a well-groomed appearance and friendly, professional demeanor.
- You are communicative, empathetic, and enjoy teamwork.
- You thrive in a medical environment catering primarily to self-paying patients.
- You are motivated, eager to learn, and open to new experiences.
- You possess excellent German and English skills. French and other languages are an advantage.
