For our **Clinical Nutrition & Pharmaceuticals** division, we are currently hiring a

**Sales Manager Switzerland (f/m/d)**

based in the German speaking part of Switzerland.

You will be leading a team of field-based sales representatives in Switzerland to achieve sustainable sales growth with existing customers and generate new business in line with agreed objectives.

You contribute to the definition and implementation of the sales strategy while maintaining and developing relations with Opinion Leaders, local and regional stakeholders and driving the team towards success.

**In this role you will**:

- Achieve all sales and financial targets in line with company objectives by coaching, developing, motivating, supporting and leading the sales team
- Lead and manage the account planning process for your market. Provide input into budgetary and planning processes and monitor performance against budget, taking appropriate action to address any variances
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business, demonstrate leadership, act as a role model and support company values
- Work with sales representatives to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers; ensure customer and patient needs are wholly met by providing appropriate training and support
- Lead the tender management process for all tenders in area of responsibility to ensure long-term business growth (where applicable)
- Capture and maintain relevant sales and customer data as well as competitors’ initiatives. Maintain relationship with Opinion Leaders and Health Authorities in order to keep abreast of developments in the market (commercial, regulatory etc.)
- Effectively promote internal relationships with all stakeholders (customer service, supply chain, marketing, KAMs etc.) to ensure the business objectives are understood and actively supported to reach customer satisfaction & financial targets

**Your qualifications are**:

- Several years of experience leading a field sales team
- Profound field sales experience in a healthcare company in Switzerland
- Good knowledge of selling in the Pharma and Nutrition space is a plus- Fluent written and spoken German & English language skills; French is an advantage but not a requirement- Ability & willingness to travel extensively in Switzerland
- Strong people leadership skills
- Financial awareness - budgeting & forecasting knowledge
- Strong selling skills & negotiation techniques
- Achieving results in a matrix environment
