**Head of Sales Switzerland**

at our location in Münsingen near Bern

**Purpose of the position**
- Builds and establishes the appropriate sales and marketing strategy to exploit the specific market potentials
- Develops the market position and the financial results of market Switzerland to become the leader in its segments (residential, commercial and industry)
- Positions the RHEAU Brand as well recognised and preferred supplier of components and systems for the Building Technology / Water Infrastructure portfolios in selected market segments
- Develops the organisation by identifying, coaching, retaining and promoting the talents across all levels according to “company name” values & principles and to the strategic management development process

**Main tasks**
- Responsible for sales and marketing mainly for Building Solutions in Switzerland
- Country Manager responsibility for Switzerland (Member of the Swiss Executive Committee)
- Develops and implements a sustainable growth strategy
- Develops cost effective processes in marketing and sales as well as in local logistics and administration with defined KPI’s
- Establishes business plans, budgets and rolling forecasts
- Leads and develops people across the entire organisation

**Requirements**:

- 7 - 10 years of relevant international leadership experience
- Successful proven track record in a similar sales management function in a leading market position with a challenging, innovative approach in an international environment
- Profound experience with different sales channels (relation management in a network of retailers and installers, lobbying/prescription with a large panel of intermediaries, project business and internet-based sales)
- Master/Bachelor degree in engineering and/or business administration/economics
- Professional communicator in German and English, intermediate or good basic knowledge of French
- Strong team player, capable to work in an international Group
- Willingness to travel (up to 60%)
