About the Job:

We are looking for a Head Direct Sales, who is a role model in product & platform knowledge, global process and client ethics. In this role you will be handling the allocated individual book of business with focus on the VIP customers.

A key emphasis of the role will be the contribution to the definition of the positioning and update of the value proposition with strong focus on service model, communication and pricing as well as cooperation with business management function to grant evolution of process and platform with strong focus on digital first approach.

The position is located in Zurich, where you will be working in a fast-paced, welcoming and international environment.

Your Profile:

- Excellent background in finance and proven track record in a senior sales role, ideally 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent sales and presentation skills
- Pronounced motivation to tackle new challenges in digital finance
- Enthusiasm for all asset classes with high affinity for trading and investing
- Entrepreneurial and flexible thinking, client-orientation, energetic and a proven sales/marketing ability
- Successful track record in managing effectively growing businesses
- Strong people leadership skills and creates conditions for other’s success through dialogue and candid feedback
- Excellent relationship builder and stakeholder manager based on trust and collaboration
- University degree in a relevant field and/or education in business or finance. Higher financial education (CFA/AZEK) would be advantageous
- Fluency in German and English
- True team player and collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal capabilities with a good sense of humour
