**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees operational activities in Switzerland
- Conducts pipeline reviews with his team and channel partners and submits weekly New Bookings forecast to the Director Channel Sales or MD of EMEA and Director Revops EMEA
- Ensures revenue forecasts from Direct and Channel Sales are consistently met or exceeded
- Applies the respective Revalize Sales Playbooks and associated processes.
- Creates key account plans (including coaching) and monitors respective implementation
- Applies the Revalize Sales Tech Stack, e.g. SFDC, Seismic, Gong.io
- Advises and coaches channel partners on effective use of the stack
- Coaches channel partners using a data-driven approach to measure performance, create and drive actionable development plans
- Conducts constructive and timely performance evaluations of channel partners
**Qualifications**:
- Successfully completed a** **university degree or a successfully completed apprenticeship
- Extensive experience in Software sales at corporate level
- Strength in Sales Discovery (needs assessment) and Value-Based Selling
- Experience in quarterly, numbers-based forecasting
- Experience in creating and implementing key account plans
- Knowledge of and proficiency in digital marketing
- Desirable: experience selling PLM and/or CPQ solutions
- Desirable: experience in commercial execution of Software migration processes
- Desirable: experience in the tech stack used (SFDC, Going.io, Seismic, Outreach)
- (Swiss) German as native language/proficient level and good English skills
