Als abschlussstarke Verkaufspersönlichkeit übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für den Abschluss von maßgeblichen Neugeschäften in diesem Bereich, mit bestehenden und neuen Kunden. Du kannst Dich sowohl auf C-Level als auch auf mittleren Management Ebene gekonnt bewegen und verstehst die Herausforderungen, wie auch die Prozesse des Kunden, um mit dem Mehrwert der „Technologie Business Solutions“ von SPS zu überzeugen. Entsprechend sind wir für diese Position auf der Suche nach einer erfahrenen und kommunikativen „Hunter“-Persönlichkeit

DEINE AUFGABEN

  1. Akquisition von Neukunden, sowie Ausbau des Technologie Business Solutions mit bestehenden und Neukunden (New & Add-On Business).
  2. Aufbau und Management einer sichtbaren Pipeline.
  3. Abschluss von „Big Deals“ und Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Winrate.
  4. Aufbau und Pflege von belastbaren Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern.
  5. Erarbeitung einer überzeugenden Value Proposition und eines erfolgreichen Offerings für die zugewiesenen Kunden.

Dein Profil

  1. Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine gleichwertige Weiterbildung.
  2. Du bist abschlussstark und verfügst über nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge bei Großkunden im Outsourcing-Geschäft und der digitalen Transformation.
  3. Du hast Verhandlungsgeschick, sowie die Fähigkeit, die USPs der SPS Lösungen überzeugend beim Kunden zu positionieren und kommerzielle Vereinbarungen und Verträge abzuschließen.
  4. Du kannst ein breites bestehendes Netzwerk im relevanten Kundensegment vorweisen (Top Accounts CH).
  5. Du bist fähig, auch unter Druck konstant hohe Leistungen zu erbringen.
  6. Du kommunizierst fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil.
