Role
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a SAP Sales Executive to join our EMEA team. You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and knowledgeable Sales, Solutioning and Advisory professionals across the region and help new and existing clients in their digital transformation journey.
You will become a member of our talented DXC Technology Sales Organization in Europe. We are a High-Performance sales organization, that thrives on working with our customers, solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales and Solutioning organizations.
You will also work closely with our technical experts to expand the value proposition towards your client and offer the full stack, as well as lead Cross-sell initiatives to existing platinum clients across multiple business initiatives. You will be regarded as a Business Leader and Problem Solver by your customer, their trusted advisor on Business Technology Solutions.

Responsibilities
- Leading the planning and execution of sales activities related to qualifying, selling, and closing of opportunities with existing customers or new logos.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on the company’s SAP offerings, besides having solid experience preferably in other areas of the EAS and SaaS offerings in the industry, to create compelling value propositions and lead customer engagement to strengthen DXC’s position vis-à-vis competition.
- Deep involvement in our area of focus (SAP solutions) and leading multi-discipline opportunities across our entire Application Services.
- Using your specialized know-how in SAP solutions to help account teams drive a pipeline of qualified leads across a defined territory, qualify leads into opportunities, and execute qualified leads through to closure.
- Interfacing with the internal organization and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans, and business models to enable further growth in the SAP space.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of sales and/or sales support experience in SAP solutions.
- Additional sales and/or sales support experience in non-SAP products and services in the ECA and SaaS domain, such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, to name a few.
- Experience working with the technology industry, specifically related to shaping, selling and/or delivering SAP services.
- Experience in consultative selling services with “use cases” to address specific industry challenges, with hands-on experience in one or more relevant functional areas (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance/Controlling, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients.
- Good networking skills and an inclusive attitude to create, maintain and leverage formal and informal communication networks.
- Fluency in English.
