Enterprise Customer Success Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Solution Sales Executive to join our team at SAP SE. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans. You will work closely with account teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and progress opportunities for cloud adoption or expansion of existing customer footprints.
Main Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating demand through targeted marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.
- Managing pipelines and closing opportunities for the SAP Customer Experience product portfolio.
- Developing opportunity plans that highlight the value proposition of SAP's solutions.
- Conducting thorough White Space analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record in business application software sales with overachievement of quota.
- +7 years of experience in sales of business software/IT solutions.
- Deep understanding of SAP's solution portfolio and the business processes it enables.
- Broad knowledge of CRM, Commerce, and Marketing solutions.
