We are seeking a Global Customer Success Lead to join our team at TN Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and services to customers
  • Analyze customer needs and develop targeted solutions to address their business challenges
  • Presentation and negotiation skills to effectively engage with senior-level executives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles, particularly in enterprise software sales
  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze customer needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with senior-level executives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
