Job Description:

Requirements:

  1. Master Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  2. 15+ years of proven experience in software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland and/or northern Italy
  3. Proven ability to work on direct sales on internally generated leads and/or through a consolidated partners’ channel
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  7. Knowledge of the software industry and emerging technologies is mandatory
  8. Native in Italian and fluent in English (German is a plus)
  9. Swiss citizenship or eligibility for a Swiss work permit

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  2. Identify new business opportunities and stay up to date on industry needs and requirements
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service. Understand their business needs and seek for revamping opportunities
  4. Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
  5. Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients through effective communication and product presentations
  6. Conduct compelling product first level demonstrations to showcase the value of our software solution
  7. Clearly and convincingly articulate the features and benefits of our product to potential clients
  8. Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and key performance indicators
  9. Collaborate with the product management and the techlab to create compelling presentation and messaging
  10. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
