Sales Manager (H/F)

NOTRE OFFRE :

  • Consolider et développer nos relations d'affaires auprès de notre clientèle en Suisse et à
    l'international, acquisition/prospection de nouveaux clients
  • Identifier les besoins de futurs clients et leur proposer des offres « sur-mesure » en phase avec
    nos capacités industrielles actuelles et futures en identifiant les potentiels de croissance dans des
    domaines connexes
  • Proposer et assurer une gestion de projets adaptée à nos clients (analyse de faisabilité avec le
    service Méthodes & Industrialisation, établissement d'offres avec les services supports,
    propositions de contrats, revues de cahiers des charges, suivi des développements produits, etc.)
  • Participer à l'élaboration des budgets, effectuer le suivi des débiteurs
  • Organiser et participer aux expositions et séminaires de la branche
  • Maintenir une veille technologique et concurrentielle

VOTRE OFFRE :

  • Vous êtes professionnel de la vente depuis au moins 10 ans
  • Vous disposez également d'une solide formation de base technique et d'une bonne expérience
    dans le développement d'affaires dans la sous-traitance industrielle, si possible dans le secteur de
    la joaillerie
  • Vous êtes une personne autonome, sérieuse et dotée d'un fort esprit d'équipe
  • Vous êtes une personne avenante, à l'aise dans les contacts avec les clients et capable de
    développer une relation commerciale sur le long terme
  • Vous êtes dynamique et à l'écoute
  • Vous possédez une forte capacité à analyser et comprendre les besoins des clients et avez une
    bonne résistance au stress
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais. Des bonnes connaissances en allemand et/ou en
    italien seraient un plus
