International Watchmaking Trainer

We are looking for a **Global** **Watchmaking Trainer **for one of our clients, a watchmaking brand:
**Your Missions**:

- Develop and execute training strategies for service centers, aligning them with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create didactic training content using videos, images, and presentations.
- Maintain regular communication with regional technical leads, keeping them informed about technical advancements.
- Conduct specialized training sessions on in-house movements, novelties, and specific techniques for certified repairers and subsidiaries.
- Provide detailed assessments, generated reports, and issued certificates for each trainee.
- Manage logistics and maintenance for products, parts, and tools during training sessions.
- Educate sales trainers and boutique staff on bracelet adjustment techniques, technical support, and watchmaking knowledge.
- Led customer masterclasses to impart in-depth knowledge of watches through interactive demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
- Support workshops with urgent repairs, completing repairs, overhauls, and diagnostics.
- Offer on-the-job coaching to technical and administrative staff to enhance their daily tasks.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English, intermediate level in French
- Knowledge of watch complications, chronograph movement
- Regular international travel required

**Job Type**: 100%

**Salary**: From CHF90,000.00 per year
