**Brand Heritage Administrator (M/W)**

The TAG Heuer global Marketing team is looking for a Brand Heritage Administrator based in our offices in la Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, to support the Heritage team in the conservation and management of the Tag Heuer sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the organization of historical watches, including auditing, SAP creation and inventory control
- Collaborate with the logistics department on shipments for international exhibitions and collection acquisitions
- Process the addition of contemporary collectibles for the HQ archive and exhibition
- Support other departments with content and historical assets
- Support the management of the museum's renovation projects
- Work with the team on digital asset updates and organization
- Participate in tours of our industrial sites, including itinerary preparation, booking resources based on department availability, catering to location and dates, and rebilling
- Respond to direct contacts and customer requests
- Support the department with various general administrative tasks
- You have a genuine interest in the watchmaking industry
- You are fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- You are able to prioritize, plan, and organize work and deliverables
- You are a team player, but you can work independently with a great capacity to match deadlines
- You can interact smoothly with different departments and hierarchy levels and pay a great attention to detail
