PROJECT MANAGER (100%)

Ihre Verantwortung:
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Abwicklung von Anlagenprojekten im Rahmen der terminlichen, finanziellen und
qualitativen Vorgaben
Sicherstellen des internen und externen Informationsflusses, Koordination der zu erbringenden Leistungen
Kritische und vertiefte Aufarbeitung der vom Verkauf übergebenen Vertragsdokumente (URS und Offerte)
inkl. der Tracebility Matrix
Führen der Tracebility Matrix zur Sicherstellung, dass alle vertraglich vereinbarten Anforderungen
erfüllt werden
Enge und effektive Zusammenarbeit mit den planenden, fabrizierenden und unterstützenden Abteilungen,
Regelmässige Durchführung von Shopfloor Meetings
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projektbesprechungen mit unseren Kunden inkl. Dokumentation
der Entscheidungen (MOM)
Verhandlungen über kommerzielle und technische Punkte während des Projektes mit dem Kunden
Termingerechte Lieferung und erfolgreicher Abschluss des Projektes unter Einhaltung der Kosten und Qualität,
Erkennen von Termin- und Kostenüberschreitungen sowie Qualitätsabweichungen und Einleiten adäquater
Gegenmassnahmen
Planung der Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahme-Tests (FAT, SAT) im Haus und beim Kunden
Stetige Risikoanalyse und Bewertung der Projekte inkl. Umsetzung und Kontrolle der erforderlichen Massnahmen
zur Risikominimierung
Erstellen von regelmässigen Projektberichten für Kunden, Vorgesetzte und Abteilungsleiter
Koordination der Installations- und Inbetriebnahme Crews auf der Baustelle

Ihre Qualifikation:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung oder
gleichwertige Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Projektleitererfahrung in einem international agierenden Unternehmen idealerweise im Anlagen-
oder Maschinenbau
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-Kompetenz
Freude am Arbeiten in einem kultur- und werteorientierten Unternehmen
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, weiteren Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
