The purpose of this role as member of the Corporate Supply Chain team is to manage the global Intercompany (IC) Supply Chain, acting as Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC) for the Lindt & Sprüngli Group and local Lindt Companies in all Lindt-to-Lindt related topics.

This role will be vital in transforming the current landscape (Systems, Process, People) into the future landscape as part of the global ERP transformation and SAP IBP implementation.

This will require close collaboration with the ERP transformation team and all relevant Intercompany stakeholders.

As Corporate Intercompany Supply Chain Manager, you will work with all Lindt subsidiaries and cross functional teams at Kilchberg/HQ.

While hierarchically reporting into Head Corporate Supply Chain, with no direct reporting lines, this position requires strong personal skills to lead the Global Intercompany community.


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Responsible to manage and develop the Intercompany (IC) business, e.g., processes, systems, and common rules, and governance over the Intercompany Sourcing Guidelines
  • Lead and maintain the current IC planning (Budget / ROFO), IC reporting (BI-BO, including EDI communication) and IC complaint management system (IC-CRM) within the L&S Group
  • Provide transparency of Intercompany performance and drive a continuous improvement process with Intercompany KPIs in collaboration with the global Lindt subsidiaries
  • Facilitate collaboration and knowledgesharing between subsidiaries by establishing platforms for communication and sharing best practices (e.g., International IC training workshops, IC Meetings, Monthly Calls)
  • Support Group ERP transformation project, change from the current SAP APO-IC Tool to the new SAP IBP solution and to maintain the IC Planning and Reporting at any given time
  • Support Corporate Supply Chain in strategic business development projects and initiatives to identify and deliver improvement in the areas of Supply Chain for the L&S Group
  • Flexible to travel internationally on demand.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • FH or related university degree in logistic / supply chain management or related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong international supply chain / logistics background several years of professional experience in local/regional supply chain operations, with preference in complex, larger organizations within food and FMCG industry
  • Knowledge and experience in ERP transformation, process design, and endtoend planning process management in SAP APO / IBP environment
  • Excellent analytical/numerical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend datadriven decisions
  • Strong applied knowledge of Office 365 suite, advanced knowledge of MS Excel and BI/SAC/Power BI advantageous
  • Strong project management capabilities (change management) accountability for large projects, delivering through others, delivering on time, combined with structured problemsolving skills
  • Familiar and comfortable working within a decentralized organization with matrix structures and reporting lines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence, collaborate and convince crossfunctional teams and Intercompany stakeholders
  • Detailoriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Highly selfmotivated and handson mentality
  • Fluent in English written & spoken, German or any other language is a plus
