We are looking for a Global Account Manager to join our team at SHL Medical. As the Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers. Your main focus will be on understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, negotiating supply agreements, and generating new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in account management or sales
  • Industry knowledge in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, etc.

  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel overseas
  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in medical technology
  • Proficiency in German and Mandarin

Relevant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree a plus)
