We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales Management to drive our sales strategy across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to foster and manage hunting streams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can support the sales team, manage campaigns, and contribute to the overall strategy.

In this function you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and manage effective business development streams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Design and implement a standardized sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and ongoing education to Relationship Managers to ensure they understand and can execute the sales process.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee sales campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Measure and analyse the performance of campaigns to optimize results and inform future strategies.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews with the EMEA sales team to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify and address any gaps or issues in the pipeline to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Join Relationship Managers on client calls and meetings to provide support and enhance client relationships.
  • Assist in closing key deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the European sales strategy.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes, such as MiCAR, and ensure the sales team is compliant and informed.
  • Focus entirely on supporting the sales team and driving overall sales performance without managing a personal client portfolio.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing effective sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of European regulatory environment, including MiCAR, is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support the sales team and meet with clients.
