**Administrative Assistant 60-80%**:
**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:
- Führen des Abteilungssekretariats
- Erstellen von Präsentationen (Power Point)
- Regelmässige Aktualisierung / Datenpflege der Intranet-Teamsites
- Organisieren von Reisen, Visa und Erstellung von Spesenabrechnungen
- Koordination/Organisation von Meetings/Seminaren, sowie von Video/Telefonkonferenzen
- Selbständige und termingerechte Routinesachbearbeitung (Rechnungen, Bestellungen)
- Archivverwaltung: Erfassung, Bestellung, Versand, Vernichtung, Rechnungsprüfung
- Vorbereitung und Protokollierung von Team-Meetings
- Literaturpflege und Erstellung des regelmässigen Newsletters an FS
- Budgetkontrolle
- Rückstellungen FS-Team
- Vorbereitung diverser Formulare
- Erfassung Weiterbildungen
**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:
Must Haves:
- Mind. erste Erfahrung in der Pharma-Branche, in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- bgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertig
- Mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kenntnisse IT-Programme (gSuite, Google Applicationen u.a.)
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
