Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to the family members, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Anticipate and proactively address the family's needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth and seamless daily experience.
  • Manage household finances, including paying bills, tracking expenses, and preparing budgets.
  • Oversee household staff, ensuring their duties are performed efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle household logistics, such as ordering groceries, scheduling maintenance, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and confidentiality, ensuring the family's privacy and security.
  • Accompany family members on business trips and social engagements, providing logístical and administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, communications, or hospitality management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a private assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Impeccable discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a sensitive environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Language Level:

  • Exceptional communication, written, and verbal skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Russian or French is highly desirable.
