Temporary Executive Personal Assistant - 6 months

(starting June 1, 2023)

YOUR MISSION:

  • Extensive diary management and scheduling meetings ;
  • Travel arrangements to include itineraries, flights, accommodations, airport transfers, etc. ;
  • Monthly expenses ;
  • Maintain filing system and ad hoc administrative tasks ;
  • Create, format and edit PowerPoint presentations ;
  • Organise and coordinate "Comités de Direction" (monthly) and other team building events/offsites ;
  • Coordinate reporting ;
  • Ensure flawless communication within the team as well as to the organization ;
  • Act as a representative of the executive.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Personal assistant experience working for senior management within financial services and communication environments a plus ;
  • High standard of spoken and written French and English ;
  • Strong organisational skills and capability to work with demanding internal and external stakeholders ;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle issues of sensitive nature with tact and discretion ;
  • Interpersonal and social skills, positive "can do" attitude, motivation, integrity, tenacity, initiative, flexibility, precision, reliability ;
  • Swiss domicile.
