Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Executive Assistant to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Manage and maintain the Directors' schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism, upholding the trust and confidentiality required in this role.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Directors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Organise and prioritise incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, ensuring timely and efficient response.
  • Research and Data Compilation: Conduct research and compile data as needed for reports, presentations, and special projects, providing valuable insights and support.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support for various administrative tasks and office management duties as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Point of Contact: Act as a point of contact between the Directors and employees, clients, and other external partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
