We are searching for a Junior Sales Support Executive to assist the CIS & EEU Desk at our Global Sales HQ department. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CIS & Eastern EU Desk with client onboarding,
  • Initiating contact with prospects and maintaining ongoing follow-ups in collaboration with team members,
  • Providing comprehensive assistance to our Sales team to uphold a superior service standard and achieve team objectives,
  • Managing incoming calls from prospects, clients, and various departments,
  • Handling general internal and external correspondence and mailings,
  • Reviewing account forms for completeness and accuracy of data submitted for account opening purposes,
  • Conducting customer due diligence checks and client identifications via video conferences,
  • Coordinating with other departments (Legal and Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, payment) to facilitate account opening and funding processes,
  • Undertaking additional administrative and sales duties as delegated by the Line Manager.

Qualifications
  • Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Finance,
  • Czech & Slovak language proficiency (native or fluent) AND strong command of English,
  • Prior experience in customer care or relationship management within a financial services context is advantageous,
  • Demonstrate precision, excellent prioritization skills, and impeccable organizational abilities,
  • Excel in efficiency and possess strong communication capabilities,
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly evolving banking environment,
  • Possess an open-minded and collaborative team-oriented approach.
