Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Store Aubonne. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
- Drive sales growth by effectively promoting products, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of store visual merchandising, including ensuring all displays are well-stocked, facing, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance activities, including cleaning and maintaining the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas of the store.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company promotions, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Basic knowledge of English and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a high level of store visual merchandising and accuracy in transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
