Stockroom Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the completeness of deliveries based on delivery notes and take pre-sales measures to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Responsible for store warehouse management, including proper storage of goods, price labeling, and stock management.
• Prepare merchandise for sale by unpacking, securing, labeling, and placing on hangers.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Aware of store and individual targets and actively work to meet or exceed these by utilizing all available resources in the store.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to company standards and procedures.
• Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store targets.
• Complete all compulsory training programs and effectively transfer learning into skills on the job.
• Signalize a desire to continually learn and seize all available opportunities to advance development and increase performance.
• Support the implementation of efficient processes and procedures to improve stockroom operations.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years' experience in working in a warehouse, preferably in the sporting goods and/or fashion retail.
• Apprenticeship as a specialist storekeeper desirable.
• Good German language skills.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, communication skills.
