Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating an emotional connection with every customer and representing the adidas brand values.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by executing store operations, including cash handling, product replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a tidy and effective workstation, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet or exceed store targets, driving sales growth and brand recognition.
  • Complete all compulsory training programs and effectively transfer learning into skills on the job.
  • Signalise a desire to continually learn and seize all available opportunities to advance development and increase performance.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of retail experience, with a preference for experience in sport and/or fashion retail.
  • Basic knowledge of English and basic literacy and numeracy skills, communication skills.
  • Apprenticeship as a sales associate desirable.
