About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Product Strategy Trading Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product strategy team, you will be responsible for driving forward the vision of our trading product strategy for both retail and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and Inspire:
    • Ensure smooth collaboration with stakeholders such as marketing, sales, customer care, and tech teams to build powerful product goals and projects.

    • Ensure new hires are properly introduced to the team, the organization, its culture, policies, and their specific roles.

  • Performance and Skills Development Management:
    • Set performance expectations, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and address any performance issues.
    • Contribute to the creation of motivating career and skills development programs.
  • Goals Supervision:
    • Oversee all aspects of the strategy building, from research, analysis, goals definition, and validation, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining quality, consistency, and close collaboration with software engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in trading/finance business sector as a manager, product manager, product owner, or product strategist, with a thorough understanding of the market landscape, main players, and offer in Switzerland and internationally.
  • A strong leader with management skills.
  • An individual with a proven record of accomplishment of driving product success, comfortable with making data-driven decisions.
  • Strongly organized, autonomous, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • High-energy, hard-working team player.
  • Education to bachelor/master's degree level.
  • A compelling storyteller with outstanding communication skills, capable of sharing your vision and inspiring everyone from team members to C-level executives.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and our working language. Proficiency in French or other languages is considered a plus.
