Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for driving the growth of ADM's Health & Wellness portfolio in the EMEA region, focusing on Beverage customers. The successful candidate will develop and execute a regional commercial strategy, build new business, and grow sales. The position will also involve participation in product development, technical service, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver revenue and gross margin objectives in the region
  • Develop a regional commercial strategy, including customer segmentation, channel identification, and cross-selling opportunities with other ingredients within ADM's Health & Wellness portfolio
  • Recommend and build the relevant portfolio for the region in collaboration with Management & R&D
  • Define and execute on the regional technical service support process and organization
  • Align go-to-market activities in the region and coordinate with marketing
  • Attend sales events, exhibits, and trade shows

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in B2B Sales and product management of functional ingredients (prebiotics/probiotic/postbiotics and botanical extracts)
  • Prefer candidates with a BS in biochemistry/microbiology/chemistry/pharmacy/food science or similar degree in human life sciences
  • Previous leadership experience in successful market development, introduction, and commercialization of new products, and project management
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across matrix organization and preferably at global level
  • Key performance metrics include: revenue, Gross Margin (GM), and Operational Profit (OP)
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages will be valued
