Commercial Strategy Lead

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for driving sales of ADM's Health & Wellness products within the Beverage industry in the EMEA region. The focus will be on expanding business opportunities, collaborating on product development, providing technical support, and participating in applications. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director for Health & Wellness in F&B EMEA. This position may allow for remote work depending on the candidate's location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue and gross margin targets in the region
- Develop a regional commercial strategy based on market analysis, customer segmentation, and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with Management & R&D to build and recommend the appropriate product portfolio for the region
- Provide application support to meet customer needs and work with regional/global application teams
- Establish and implement technical service support processes
- Coordinate go-to-market activities in the region and align with marketing efforts
- Participate in sales events, exhibits, and trade shows
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of B2B Sales and product management experience with functional ingredients
- BS degree in relevant field (e.g., biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry, pharmacy, food science)
- Previous leadership experience in market development, new product commercialization, and project management
- Ability to collaborate across organizational levels, preferably at a global scale
- Key performance metrics include revenue, Gross Margin (GM), and Operational Profit (OP)
- Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
