BD Manager

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for the promotion and commercialization of ADM's Health &Wellness portfolio primarily targeting Beverage customers within EMEA. The focus of this position is on building new business, growing sales, and participating in product development, technical service, and applications. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director Health&Wellness in F&B EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver revenue and gross margin objectives in the region
• Define a regional commercial strategy based on market analysis, consumer trends, and competitors' landscape
• Recommend and build the relevant portfolio for the region in collaboration with Management & R&D
• Develop application supports to meet customer demands and execute by collaborating with their application interface and leveraging regional/global application structures
• Define and execute on the regional technical service support process and organization
• Align go-to-market activities in the region and coordinate with marketing
• Attend sales events, exhibits, and trade shows

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in B2B Sales and product management of functional ingredients (prebiotics/probiotic/postbiotics and botanical extracts)
• Bachelor's degree in biochemistry/microbiology/chemistry/pharmacy/food science or similar degree in human life sciences
• Previous leadership experience in successful market development, introduction, and commercialization of new products, and project management
• Ability to collaborate across matrix organization and preferably at global level
• Key performance metrics include: revenue, Gross Margin (GM), and Operational Profit (OP)
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages valued
