**Job Summary**
As a key member of the Adidas team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales floor operations in our Factory Outlet Aubonne store. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the execution of store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and contributing to the achievement of store goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of merchandise displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support the store's overall performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers and promoting the Adidas brand values.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, process deliveries, and ensure proper storage of merchandise.
• Participate in visual merchandising activities, ensuring the store's appearance is consistent with Adidas brand standards.
• Work effectively with the team to maintain a safe and clean shopping environment.
• Develop a strong understanding of seasonal products and incorporate this knowledge into customer interactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
**Requirements:**
• Previous experience in sales or retail is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic math and spelling skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
