**Job Summary**
As a key member of the Adidas team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales floor operations in our Factory Outlet Aubonne store. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and contributing to the achievement of store goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist in the execution of store operations, including warehouse and sales floor activities, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform merchandise preparation tasks, such as unpacking, securing, labeling, and ironing, to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
• Verify delivery completeness according to delivery notes and ensure accurate storage of merchandise with price labeling and inventory maintenance.
• Prepare and restock merchandise to meet customer demand and maintain a well-stocked sales floor.
• Develop a strong understanding of seasonal products and incorporate this knowledge into your customer service approach to provide personalized recommendations.
• Adhere to company regulations and procedures to maintain a safe and secure shopping and working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and orderliness, to create an enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and acting as a passionate ambassador for the Adidas brand.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Assist with omnichannel tools, such as ship from store, endless aisle, and click & collect, as needed.
• Perform cashiering duties, excluding closing the register.

**Required Education and Experience:**
• Previous experience in sales (retail) is desirable.
• Proficiency in German is required.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills are essential.
• Basic spelling and math skills, as well as effective communication skills, are necessary for success in this role.
