About the Role
We are seeking an Institutional Business Support Executive to join our team at our headquarters in Gland. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Institutional Sales team with client onboarding and transaction monitoring.
- Providing administrative support to our sister companies and ensuring a high level of service.
- Conducting customer due diligence reviews and coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Assisting our Sales team with event preparation and follow-up.
- Performing other administrative and sales-related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Finance.
- Fluency in French and English, with working proficiency in German a plus.
- Previous experience in Institutional support and/or relationship management in a financial services context.
- Rigorous and organized, with excellent communication skills.
- An open-minded and team-oriented spirit, with the ability to work under pressure.
