Responsible Product Accounting Associate Director

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our product accounting team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing sales and product financial performance, maintaining financial integrity, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Prepare annual sales revenue budget and analyze sales revenue accounting compared to budget
- Analyze clients' revenues and activities in our database
- Prepare financial information, including sales committee reporting and analysis, and segment reporting as per IFRS standards
- Closely collaborate with senior management to support decision-making
- Product Accounting
- Implement a framework to monitor and control different products and services' profitability
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders to understand product data needs and prepare relevant financial analysis
- Participate in transversal projects with various stakeholders within the Bank
- Prepare accurate reports and dashboards for various beneficiaries by collecting data from various sources and presenting it in a clear and concise manner
- Revenue Financial Data Quality
- Perform data reconciliation between accounting systems, data analytics database, and risk systems
- Implement data-driven financial controls to detect unusual movements and ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability
- Team Management
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive work atmosphere and motivating employees
- Coach and mentor employees, supporting their growth through training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities
- Set performance expectations, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and address performance issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics or Finance
- Excellent knowledge and experience in management accounting or financial analysis
- Very good command of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, Power BI, VBA, and Python is a plus
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
