About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Software Engineering Platforms department at JobUp. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of securities trading and forex trading, as well as experience working with agile software development teams. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with product designers to build end-client solutions on web platforms and mobile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate and Manage Relationships with stakeholders to deliver the best product
  • Define and Document Business Requirements to capture business needs and constraints, and guide the development process
  • Define and Maintain a Product Roadmap to provide a clear direction to the Development teams and stakeholders
  • Prioritize the Product Backlog to ensure that the most valuable work is addressed first and maximize ROI
  • Analyze and Prioritize Client Feedback for driving continuous improvements and meeting user expectations
  • Collaborate with Designers to optimize the user experience (e.g A/B testing, mobile & web)
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the product, support business and development teams by knowledge sharing and mentoring
  • Maintain Awareness of Market and Industry Trends for better optimization of solution definition
  • Provide Guidance on the Vision to the Development Team and explain requirements
  • Create and Maintain Comprehensive Documentation for business feature references
  • Monitor KPIs to perform feature prioritization and enhance data-driven decisions
  • Ensure Incremental Business Validation to make sure developed features meet business requirements
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Master or Bachelor degree
  • Deep Understanding of Securities Trading and forex trading a plus
  • Several Years of Experience as product owner, business analyst or a similar role
  • Experience Working with Agile Software Development Teams, and a good understanding of product development in a disciplined agile environment
  • Experience Working Closely with Product Designers to build end-client solutions on web platforms and mobile a plus
  • Thorough Understanding of Product Quality Aspect, with prior experience of planning and coordinating business validation activities
  • Excellent Communication and Storytelling Skills with different stakeholders, able to face stakeholders as well institutional clients
  • Experience Sharing Business Knowledge and Mentoring other team members
  • Fluent in English
