Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Product Strategy Trading Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product strategy team, you will be responsible for driving forward the vision of our trading product strategy for both retail and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build powerful product goals and projects.
- Strengthen collaboration with other product managers to ensure alignment across product lines.
- Support the delivery of projects included in the strategy by working closely with software engineering teams.
- Lead and inspire the team to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in trading/finance business sector as a manager, product manager, product owner, or product strategist.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proven record of driving product success and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational, autonomous, and result-oriented skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- High-energy, hard-working team player.
- Education to bachelor/master's degree level.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in French or other languages is considered a plus.
