About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Institutional Support Manager to join our Institutional team at the Swissquote headquarters. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for supporting our global entities and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the transformation of prospects to clients through meetings, knowledge sharing, and presentation preparation.
- Provide a direct line for client onboarding and conduct close follow-ups with the BRM team and HQ Compliance team.
- Monitor and ensure the execution of deals, transfers of assets, and liaise with clients in case of issues.
- Manage a team of two people and assign tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers from our entities in Zurich and abroad.
Requirements
- Graduated from a Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer care or relationship management in a financial services context.
- A first experience as a manager is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of all Swissquote platforms and products.
- Fluency in French and English (mother tongue or very fluent), with working proficiency in German a plus.
- Rigorous, great sense of priorities, and excellent organizational skills.
- Talent for efficiency and strong communication skills.
- Open-minded, team-oriented spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
