Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Institutional and Wealth Conception team at Swissquote Bank. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and delivering business solutions that meet the needs of our institutional and wealth management clients.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate and Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet their needs.
- Define Business Requirements: Capture and document business needs and constraints to guide the development process.
- Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap to provide a clear direction to development teams and stakeholders.
- Prioritize Product Backlog: Prioritize the product backlog to ensure that the most valuable work is addressed first and maximize ROI.
- Client Feedback Analysis: Analyze and prioritize client feedback to drive continuous improvements and meet user expectations.
- Collaborate with Designers: Work with designers to optimize the user experience through A/B testing, mobile, and web development.
- Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert for the product, supporting business and development teams through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- Market and Industry Trends: Maintain awareness of market and industry trends to optimize solution definition.
- Documentation and KPIs: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business feature references and monitor KPIs to inform feature prioritization and data-driven decisions.
- Business Validation: Ensure incremental business validation to ensure developed features meet business requirements.
- Educational Background: Master or Bachelor degree.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of securities trading, forex trading a plus.
- Experience: Several years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or similar role.
- Agile Development: Experience working with agile software development teams and a good understanding of product development in a disciplined agile environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling skills with different stakeholders, including institutional clients.
- Mentoring: Experience sharing business knowledge and mentoring other team members.
- Language: Fluent in English.
