In der neu geschaffenen Rolle als Market Intelligence Manager analysieren Sie Markt-, Kunden
- und Wettbewerbsdaten und erarbeiten eine Portfoliostrategie für das Management und Business Development. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Digitalisierung und dem Asset Management. Ziel ist es, Methoden und Vorgehen zu entwickeln, um uns und unsere Vertriebsgesellschaften weltweit datenbasiert zu unterstützen Marktpotentiale zu erkennen und so nachhaltig zum Erfolg von Endress+Hauser beizutragen.
**Aufgaben + Herausforderungen**
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Business Cases
- Sie scannen und evaluieren kurzfristige, mittelfristige und langfristige Trends
- Sie bauen ein innovatives Netzwerk im Market Intelligence und den Industriegruppen von Endress+Hauser, sowie externen Vereinigungen auf und pflegen dieses kontinuierlich
- Zusätzlich tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die Einführung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Innovationsprozesse Qualify Innovation Opportunities und Phase in/Out als Business Process Manager
**Qualifikation + Profil**
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Nachrichtentechnik, o.ä.)
- Sie bringen hohe Marketing
- und Portfoliomanagement Kompetenzen mit
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement und -audit
- Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits Berufserfahrung in Prozessindustrien (CHEM, Oil&Gas, Food & Beverage, Water & Wastewater oder Power & Energy) sammeln
- Ihre Vorgehensweise ist analytisch und strukturiert
- Ihre Persönlichkeit überzeugt durch eine hohe kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz und Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägtem Durchsetzungsvermögen und Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Aufgabenprofil ab
